Health Screening will take place June 27th from 8:30am until we are finished.
If you forget to fast, or miss the date, you MAY make up the screening at a cost of $15, at any Parkview Occupational Health location
Spouses are welcome to participate. Everyone gets a CHEM17 with this program, additional screening also available. Prices haven't changed since last year:

Chem 17- free for employees, $17 for spouses
PSA-$20 (Prostatic Specific Antigen…produced by prostate)
TSH-$20 (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
Ultra Sensitive CRP-$20 (C-Reactive Protein can indicate inflammation,infection,tissue injury)
Hemogram-$8 (white blood count,red blood count, hemoglobin,hematocrit,platelets)

Blood draw will also include biometric screening: weight, BMI,blood pressure, waist measurement.
All information completely confidential.
Information will be combined with lab results and online profile answers to from unique and confidential comprehensive basic health for each indivual.
Results can be expected back roughly 2 weeks after the screening. *
Any individual with critical measures, or urgent lab results, will be informed directly from Parkview Wellness. This is completely confidential.
